Workplace wellbeing

Work can often bring challenges but Covid-19 has brought us additional difficulties which may have impacted our physical and mental health.

Your employer may have services in place to support you so we’d recommend you talk with them as a first port of call. The resources and links below might be useful too.

Self-care

Self-care is for everyone, not just those who struggle with a mental illness. Making changes to look after ourselves can have a positive impact on our mental health, and might even prevent difficulties from getting worse.

Remember that self-care is a starting point, and not a substitute for seeking professional help. You should never feel you have to deal with your problems alone.

Oxford Mindfulness Centre

The Oxford Mindfulness Foundation is internationally recognised for mindfulness teaching and training.  We collaborate with a number of international organisations to achieve our vision of a world in which there is universal access to mindfulness and a greater understanding and acceptability of the impact of mindful behaviour.
