Almost 50 million people are trapped in slavery worldwide, including in Wales.
Anti-slavery advices that slavery might take on many forms:
- Human trafficking
- Forced labour
- Debt bondage/bonded labour
- Descent-based slavery (where people are born into slavery)
- Child slavery
- Forced and early marriage
- Domestic servitude (domestic work and domestic servitude)
